Melodye Davis is a wife, mother, and grandmother from Friendswood, Texas.

She has been married to her college sweetheart for 41 years. Her hobbies include painting, crocheting, leatherworking, jewelry making, reading, and baking.

She graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Journalism and worked in the industry for several years before becoming a stay-at-home mom.

Melodye has always been an avid reader of romance novels, so it's no surprise that she chose to write contemporary romance.
